• 75% Refund: If initial consultation has been completed but no detailed analysis has been provided
• 50% Refund: If preliminary analysis has been completed but final recommendations have not been delivered
• 25% Refund: If final recommendations have been delivered but implementation has not begun
• No Refund: If implementation of recommendations has begun

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Submit a refund request through your account dashboard
2. Provide a detailed explanation for the refund request
3. Allow up to 7-10 business days for review
4. If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method
