Annual engagement: outsourced bookkeeping plus GST return filing (regular scheme GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B) for one GSTIN for the year. Bundle price is ₹24,000 for the year — 20% off versus buying the annual GST and annual books plans separately at their plan prices (about ₹2,000 per month when spread over twelve months). Scope and transaction limits are agreed in onboarding.
Inclusions
- Online GST-linked accounting for 1 year (transaction band as agreed at onboarding)
- GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B preparation and filing for 12 months for ONE GSTIN (regular scheme)
- Reconciliation across sales, purchases, and returns over the year
Exclusions
- Composition scheme returns — different scope; confirm before purchase.
- Tax audit or statutory audit — not included unless purchased separately.
Recommended For
- GST-registered businesses that want books and returns handled together for the full year
- SMBs outsourcing both compliance and bookkeeping
Not Recommended For
- Composition scheme (GSTR-4 / CMP-08) without confirming scope
- Multi-GSTIN or high-transaction volumes above the agreed onboarding band without a fee revision

How It Works
- Kickoff: agree transaction band, GSTIN, and monthly document cut-off
- Upload documents monthly (or as agreed) for bookkeeping
- We maintain books and share financials for review
- Each period: we prepare GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B after your sign-off and file on time
- Year-end summary and handover of final books and returns index

Remarks
- List price (₹36,000) is the sum of the annual GST return and annual accounting list prices. The effective sale (₹24,000) equals 80% of the sum of those plans’ annual sale prices (₹15,000 + ₹15,000) — an extra 20% bundle discount on top of the individual plan prices.
- The ₹2,000/month figure is the annual bundle fee divided by twelve for comparison only; billing is per the annual engagement.
- Transaction band and escalation for excess volume are agreed at onboarding.
